All of my candies and confections are made fresh in small batches. Individually wrapped caramels stay fresh for 4 weeks. The pecan pralines are best eaten within a few days, but can last up to 7 days. Homemade marshmallows are fresh for 3 weeks. Pate de Fruit will be fresh to 2 weeks.
Homemade caramels, marshmallows, pecan pralines, and pate de fruit should be stored in a cool, dark room in an airtight container. They can be layered with parchment or wax paper to prevent them from sticking together.
Refrigerating caramel candies, pate de fruit, and marshmallows are not recommended as it adds extra moisture and can change the texture. Pecan pralines can be refrigerated, but should be brought to room temperature before eating. Caramels and pecan pralines can be frozen using freezer safe bags or containers. Pralines should be separated with wax paper before going in the freezer to prevent sticking. Provide 2-3 hours to bring it back to room temperature before eating. Freezing will extend shelf life to 3-6 months. Freezing marshmallows, on the other hand, has mixed opinions with some people saying the texture is never really the same afterwards. I do not recommend freezing pate de fruit.
Most of my candies and confections are gluten free. The only product with gluten are the cookies and cream marshmallows and marshmallow pops.

Unfortunately, my HOA does not allow food stands. I plan to sell at my neighborhood garage sales. I would like to sell at some events here and there in the future.
